1. Check the power supply wiring: check whether the power connection of the pressure transmitter is reversed;
2. Power supply detection: measure whether there is 24V DC voltage;
3. If the transmitter is equipped with a meter, check the transmitter head for damage (you can short-circuit the two wires of the meter first, if it is normal after the short circuit, it means the header is damaged);
4. Current detection: connect the ammeter into the 24V power supply circuit to check whether the current is normal.
5. Whether the power supply is connected to the power input of the transmitter;
Corresponding solution 1. Connect the power supply polarity correctly.
2. It must be ensured that the power supply voltage to the pressure transmitter is ≥12V (ie, the transmitter power input terminal voltage is ≥12V). If there is no power supply, check the circuit for disconnection, check if the instrument is selected incorrectly (input impedance should be ≤250Ω), and so on.
3. If the meter is damaged, the meter head needs to be replaced.
4. If it is normal, the pressure transmitter is normal. At this time, check whether other instruments in the circuit are normal.
5. Connect the power cord to the power terminal block.
