Orifice flowmeter operation procedure
Orifice meter is the standard orifice differential pressure transmitter with multiple parameters (or differential pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter and pressure transmitter) form a complete set of high contrast range pressure flow device, capable of measuring gas, steam, liquid and flow, widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electricity, heating, water supply in areas such as process control and measurement.Throttle device, also known as differential pressure flowmeter, is composed of a detection piece (throttle piece) and a secondary device (differential pressure transmitter and flow display instrument) widely used in gas.
Operation and use:
1. Turn on the power, and if there is no flow in the pipe, it indicates that the flow should be 0;If there is fluid flowing through the pipe, it will indicate the correct flow rate if the measuring system is normal.Otherwise, the system may not be normal, equipment should be checked item by item.
2. After general installation (note :1.2, transmitter and guide tube is filled with liquid, if the loss according to the following method to liquid/liquid) can enter the running state, the process is as follows: open the pipeline valve, open the three balancing valve valve group, and then open the root valve, three guide valve valve group, zui closed after three balancing valve valve group, such as the operation order is not correct, may be due to two root valve opening is not synchronous, the differential pressure transmitter unidirectional compression and affect its service life.
3. Measuring steam: orifice plate is used to measure steam.
4. Measuring liquid: when the orifice plate is used to measure liquid (without bubbles) and isolation liquid is added: at this time, the differential pressure transmitter is located below the pipeline;
5. Measuring gas: the differential pressure transmitter is located above the pipe.
6. When the root valve or pressure hole is blocked, close the three valve group, unscrew the water injection hole on the blocked side, screw on the purge pipe for pressure, and blow away the dirt in the pressure hole.
