Anti-corrosion pressure transmitter

Anti-corrosion pressure transmitter

Can a pressure transmitter measure corrosive media? This is a question that many customers will have. So can the transmitter really measure corrosive media? The answer is of course ok. However, the media does not directly contact the transmitter.

Anti-corrosion pressure transmitter technical parameters, anti-corrosion pressure transmitter can measure high temperature corrosive medium? These can all be found in the article.

Sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and hydrochloric acid are common chemicals in the industry and are highly corrosive. Conventional pressure transmitters cannot be used directly for measurement. Otherwise, these highly corrosive media can cause damage to the pressure transmitter. At this time, an isolated pressure transmitter is used. The isolation type is a transmitter used to prevent the measured medium from directly acting on the remote isolation diaphragm of the transmitter. When the temperature of the measured medium is not high, the PTFE diaphragm can be selected, and when the temperature is higher than 100 degrees, the diaphragm can be selected to play the same role as anti-corrosion.

Anti-corrosion pressure transmitter technical parameters:

Measuring medium: liquid, gas or vapor

Output signal: two-wire system, 4 ~ 20mADC output, superimposed HART protocol digital communication.

Power source: 24VDC (normal working voltage range 12~36VDC) Explosion-proof mark: Explosion-proof type: ExdIICT6, intrinsic safety type: ExiaIICT6 Protection level: IP66 range ratio: 100:1

Accuracy level: 0.1, 0.25, 0.5

Stability: 0.1:: 24 months error is ± 0.2% of the maximum range. 0.25: 24 months error is ± 0.25% of the maximum range.

Summary: Different field environments, choose different pressure transmitters, the correct selection will greatly help the production process on site.
