DN32 natural gas flow meter

First, product features

Second, technical parameters:
1. The flow range listed in the table is the flow range verified by the product at the factory (the medium at normal temperature and normal pressure is 1.205Kg/m3); as the pressure increases, the flow range also increases.
2. Standard condition; P = 101.325 kPa, T = 293.15K.
3, the use conditions: ambient temperature: -30 ~ +60 ° C, medium temperature: -20 ~ +80 ° C, relative temperature: 5% ~ 95%, atmospheric pressure: 86kPa ~ 106kPa.
4, electrical performance indicators
Working power: external power supply: +24VDC, internal power supply: 3.6V lithium battery, energy consumption of the whole machine: external power supply, <1W, internal power supply, <0.3mW, lithium battery can be used for more than two years.
Output mode: frequency signal, 4~20mA signal, RS485 communication (transfer temperature, pressure, instantaneous flow and cumulative flow parameters)

Third, the installation:
When the pipeline is long or close to the vibration source, support should be installed on the upstream and downstream of the flowmeter to eliminate the influence of pipeline vibration;
The sensor should be installed at a sufficient location to facilitate inspection and maintenance of the flowmeter and to meet the environmental requirements of the flowmeter;
Avoid interference from strong external magnetic fields;
When installed outdoors, there should be coverings to avoid sun exposure and rain erosion, affecting the service life of the instrument;
When testing the pipeline, pay attention to the pressure measurement range of the pressure sensor configured by the intelligent flowmeter to prevent the pressure sensor from being damaged by overpressure.
Attention should be paid to the influence of the installation stress. The upstream and downstream pipes of the installation flowmeter should be coaxial, otherwise shear stress will be generated. The position of the flowmeter should be installed to take into account the thickness of the gasket or to install an elastic expansion joint on the downstream side.
Before installing the flowmeter, remove debris such as welding slag from the pipeline.
When put into operation, the upper and lower valves of the flowmeter should be slowly opened to prevent the instantaneous airflow from rushing and rupturing the spinner.
When the flowmeter needs to transmit signals remotely, it should be connected to the external power supply (8~24) VDC strictly according to the requirements of “Electrical Performance Index”. It is strictly forbidden to directly connect 220VAC or 380VAC power supply to the signal output port;
Users are not allowed to change the wiring mode of the explosion-proof system and arbitrarily twist each output lead connector;
When the flowmeter is running, it is not allowed to open the back cover to change the instrument parameters, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the flowmeter;
Check the leak at the flange of the flowmeter at regular intervals.
